With a BS in Accounting from the University of Dayton, Eric has held VP and Director-level roles across various channels—retail, e-commerce, distribution, and manufacturing—before transitioning to business advisory.
Early in his career, Eric led financial functions at Sherwin Williams,OfficeMax, and Henkel/Shurtech Brands. He was instrumental in logistics and warehousing, overseeing the successful opening of multiple large-scale regional warehouses.
Transitioning from corporate finance, Eric excelled in product development and global sourcing. As Director of Product Development and VP of GlobalSourcing at Trademark Global, he became an expert in launching consumer products for e-commerce.
Eric's branding and marketing acumen led to a thriving online brand portfolio across 50+ categories. He and his team established Trademark as a top supplier at major retailers like Amazon and Walmart.
Over nine years, Eric launched 2,500+ products, organically growing the company by $60M. As VP of Global Sourcing, he built factory partnerships across Asia and South America, leading to significant cost savings.
Eric is passionate about delivering client services with a human touch, recognizing that "Business in Real Life" is a 24/7 commitment. Based in Cleveland, OH, he will serve Stony Hill clients across the Midwest and Great Lakes region.
