About

Geoff Miller is the Southeast Regional Director of Business Development at Stony Hill Advisors and the CEO of GreenLinks Consulting, LLC, a fractional sales leadership consulting practice. He has been in sales and leadership positions in various businesses since 1996. Geoff is an assertive, driven, and confident leader who thrives in creative environments and strategic planning. He is an entrepreneur at heart and is passionate about helping small to mid-sized privately held businesses grow and achieve their desired business outcome. He loves connecting people who need to know each other and is an intentional and active networker. 

Geoff has a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia, and he successfully ran a family (lifestyle) business, Professional Recovery Consultants, Inc. (PRC), for 23 years with his father. During his tenure, Geoff filled the role of Sales Representative, VP of Sales, President, and CEO. During his tenure, revenue increased from $500k to $15M annually, and over 130 employees. While operating PRC, he also created, financed, and operated a student loan collection firm, Uniquity Financial, and a patient financing company, Horizon Health Fund, during his tenure as President of PRC. He successfully sold PRC and related entities to Private Equity and subsequently remained on as CEO for the next 2.5 years. 

While CEO, he created a new platform company by combining two entities and rebranding PRC to Revco Solutions and merged two additional companies into this platform. In total, Geoff oversaw 450 employees and $70M in annual revenue. Geoff helped successfully navigate Revco Solutions, which had 300+ employees at the time and 8 different locations, through the COVID pandemic. This required transitioning all employees in all locations to a remote environment within 2 weeks. From the start of his CEO stint at Revco in July of 2019 until his exit in January of 2022, budget revenue numbers were met or exceeded every month except one. 

Geoff exited Revco Solutions to create GreenLinks Consulting, LLC, a fractional sales leadership consulting practice, his true passion. Geoff is an expert in helping companies build a business-to-business sales infrastructure, including, but not limited to, strategy, process, technology, and people. Geoff has helped several early-stage companies raise capital and is also familiar with workforce grants and other opportunities for companies to raise capital. He also invests and advises in four other early-stage companies. These include a marketing company, cybersecurity company, consumer products, and a company that specializes in referee technology. Geoff serves on the board of advisors of two of these companies. 

Geoff has done business and has intimate knowledge of the following industries: healthcare, banking and finance, federal, state, and local governments, collections, call centers, staffing, and SaaS companies. Geoff co-owns and operates a franchise laundromat location in Raleigh NC with his wife. Geoff has six children in total with his wife Suzanne. He is an avid golfer, snow skier, and sports fan. He loves to spend time at the lake and the mountains.
