Paul excels in the art of selling businesses, leveraging his extensive background in B2B and B2C markets. His track record includes successful dealings with Fortune 500 corporations and major telecom carriers, all to the benefit of his clients. Paul brings a wealth of experience managing both direct sales teams and distributor networks through channel sales representatives. Notably, he has balanced his extensive leadership of sales organizations with a significant background as a marketing executive.

Before establishing Stony Hill Advisors, Paul ventured into the commercial mortgage industry, where he took charge of marketing, business development, training, and information technology departments. His relevant expertise was honed during his tenure at respected organizations like ROLM, an IBM Company, Octel Communications, Nuance Communications, and InterBay Funding LLC.

Paul seamlessly merges his practical knowledge of solution sales with a deep technical understanding of the products and services he's dealt with. Drawing on his academic achievements in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and an MBA, he crafts sales and marketing strategies that showcase a business in the most favorable light, thereby maximizing its value. In his role as the CEO of a Mergers and Acquisition Advisory firm, Paul and his team offer invaluable services like expert valuations, M&A advisory guidance, and exit planning advice for small businesses. Over his career with innovative startups, he's developed a talent for instilling a focused approach to business strategy and coaching sales teams for swift results.

Paul holds degrees from prestigious institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania, Rutgers University, and Pace University. Additionally, Paul is a licensed life and health insurance agent.

Residing in Stamford, CT with his wife, Paul enjoys a fulfilling family life with three grown sons and six grandchildren. His favorite pastime includes weekend rounds of golf and the occasional game of bridge. As an active member of esteemed professional associations, Paul continues his commitment to ongoing education and upholds their codes of ethics.
